How BirthdayPak uses your information

Information we collect

We collect the name, address, email, mobile number, and birth date you provide when registering. We also record account status, assigned gift cards, redemption date and location, party size, and gross check amount.

Why we use it

We use registration information to verify eligibility, determine service-area availability, operate your wallet, prevent duplicate or abusive registrations, provide support, and maintain an audit trail. BirthdayPak is currently available to women age 25 or older.

Business reports

Advertiser reports use aggregated redemption results. They do not include recipient names, contact details, addresses, birth dates, or individual gift card assignments.

Email and service providers

We use service providers to host the platform and deliver operational email. A mobile number collected during registration is contact information; it is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing texts.
